My name is Sean Aujla, I specialize in  Victoria, BC residential Real Estate.  Born in Vancouver, BC Canada, I was raised in Victoria, leaving for several years only to return, admiring the lifestyle the Island can offer.   Prior to Real Estate I was a Financial Manager with CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce)  providing mortgage financing, personal loans & investment accounts.  Fluent in both English & Punjabi, I acquired my Real Estate license in 2006 through UBC (University of British Columbia) I am also accredited with the IFIC (Investment Funds in Canada), CSC (Canadian Securities Course) & PFP (Professional Financial Planning) designations via the Institute of Canadian Bankers & Canadian Securities Institute.  I have trained directly with CMHC (Canadian Housing & Mortgage Corporation) in regards to residential financing, including new construction & will provide you assistance with all your financing related inquires.   I have travelled internationally, including mostly recently to Dubai-United Arab Emirates, South Asia, Europe, USA & Mexico.
